Option 1

This option will offer the least amount of money down and provide the best terms in regard to interest rates.

  • 20% minimum down payment required
  • $500K minimum loan amount
  • 10-, 15-, 20-, or 30-year loan terms
  • No pre payment penalties for early repayment
  • This loan requires FULL documentation. 2 years complete tax returns, paystubs, bank statements, Canadian Credit report etc..
  • Primary residence, second home or investment property

Option 2

This is the easier of the 2 options as far as qualifying, and documentation requirements. However, rates on this product are higher than market.

  • 35% minimum down payment required of the sales price.
  • Investment property purchase
  • 1 year pre payment penalty
  • $200K minimum loan amount
  • MINIMAL documentation required- Verification will be of assets…Bank accounts, investment accounts, retirement accounts etc.
